- Profile information: for Farmers, farm location, produce types, certifications, and verification documents
- Order and transaction information: delivery address, order history, and payment confirmation
- Communications: messages, support enquiries, and reviews

- To create and manage your account
- To process and fulfil orders
- To verify Farmer identity and produce listings

- Courier and delivery partners (such as Bob Go) to fulfil orders
